How Can migraine Headache Along With Arm Pain Be Treated?

Hello. I went to ER yesterday for left arm pain raidiating to scapula along with SOB. I ve also been getting frequent migraines. I failed to mention the migraines yesterday since that wasn t my chief complaint. All cardiac labs and x-ray came back normal. D-dimer came back at 601. CT was completed and normal. So no DVT suspected. I was sent home with diagnosis of chest wall pain. Since then 36hrs later I m now nauseated with migraines in to of original complaint. Any suggestions?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shinas Hussain,
